Through the months of summer highs here at Drift Creek Landing reach the 60's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 40's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 50's, and overnight lows through the wintertime for Drift Creek Landing tend to be in the 30's. This camp ground is one of the tremendous spots to camp here in the Coast Ranges. Drift Creek Landing gets much water; through December this area sees the most rain; July on the other hand is the driest.
At Drift Creek Landing entertaining stuff to do is abundant;
being here is pleasant fun any time. Some of the things you can do here at Drift Creek Landing are hiking, fishing, swimming, whitewater paddling, and playing golf, so it's completely out of the question to get bored.
You can run the rapids of Alsea River next to Drift Creek
Landing; stopping by Beachside State Park is a great thing to do. No way I can stop, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Drift Creek Landing. You're sure to run into some fine people from Waldport here; you obtain a good view of Mount Eckman from here. This is such a good campground.
A fine site for whitewater paddling in the neighborhood of Drift Creek Landing is Siuslaw River, and a lake nearby is Eckman Lake.
With so many things to do in Oregon you'll never get bored.
