Deerwood RV Park usually gets a lot of rain; during December this area sees the most rain while July is usually the driest month. While popping by this region in Oregon it's a wonderful idea to go camping too. Near Deerwood RV Park you discover a golf course called Emerald Valley Golf Club. are great; Garden Lake is a lake that's next to Deerwood RV Park. Camping out positively is a great thing to do, and Deerwood RV Park in Oregon is a wonderful location to go. The staff that runs this campground and all the entertaining stuff are pretty amazing. Throughout
| the summer months at Deerwood RV Park temperatures are generally in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are mostly in the 40's; through the dark hours in the winter at Deerwood RV Park temperatures drop to the 30's. Near Deerwood RV Park you come across the Teeter Creek Loop which is a great hiking trail, and Elijah Bristow State Park is worth going to. On a wonderful day you obtain a vista of Short Mountain from Deerwood RV Park, and a tour to Osprey Bay is always a great idea. This campground is so beautiful. | |

A quick journey to Wild Hog Creek near Deerwood RV Park is a wonderful idea; since you're here you can play some golf at Laurelwood Municipal Golf Course. Deerwood RV Park is prized by folks of Springfield. If you come at the right time of year, Willamette River - Middle Fork
offers some fine whitewater; enjoy a round of golf at Oakway Golf Course. Glide down the rapids of Willamette River in a kayak, and Thompson Slough is an attention-grabbing swamp in the vicinity of Deerwood RV Park. Outdoors recreation is abundant, some of the fun stuff you can
do is fishing, hiking, whitewater paddling, playing golf, and swimming, so it's not possible to get bored. Coming to this campground is always a tremendous idea. You'll meet a lot of people from Springfield here, and of course, everybody loves Jasper State Park. Scores of folks stay at this campground for the purpose of being in the vicinity of Jasper State Park.
