A delightful nearby great outdoors hiking trail having a variation in altitude of 1,518 feet is Beachie Trail, a tremendous 13.4-mile-from-start-to-finish   walk. When you're hiking the demanding Beachie Trail you must plan more or less one and a half days for the walk. A beautiful backcountry trail around here is French Creek Trail; it's 8.9 miles from beginning to end and has an altitude difference of 4,067 feet.
