Thousand Adventures, Ohio Custom Search   From a rain point of view Thousand Adventures is a rather typical place; June is the month that gets the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. You'll meet a lot of people from Birmingham here, and Findley State Park is a great location to go. Nothing beats kicking back at Main Street Beach, and there are other places here than Thousand Adventures, for example Firelands Boy Scout Lake. Thousand Adventures is often visited by people in Birmingham. The delightful variety of local attractions and such a vast number of things to do are guaranteed to keep you coming back repeatedly. This is a fine campground. For you golfers we recommend close by Vermilion Country Club Golf Course; Marblehead Lighthouse State Park is worth stopping at. Everybody needs to go for a camping trip occasionally, and Thousand Adventures, Ohio is a wonderful spot for getting out.
