Summit Lodge Resort, Ohio Custom Search   Summit lodge is no longer open. My wife and I drove there. two years ago. It is run down and no one was around. Says Jeff Many people camp here when going to Hocking Hills State Park. While you're here at Summit Lodge Resort you can take a hike along the Gorge Trail, and you can have a good hiking adventure along the East Rim Trail. The welcoming workforce and the massive amount of cool things to do are in themselves motive enough to come here. The brilliant choice of local attractions, and the nearby outdoors recreation will certainly have     you coming back repeatedly. If you come to this campground, you will have a pleasant time for sure. This spot is peerless, just look at all the cool stuff to do close to Summit Lodge Resort. Going for a hike on the Hocking Trail is always a nice adventure, and an afternoon playing golf at Windy Hills Golf Course is always a pleasure. So much amusing stuff near Summit Lodge Resort; it is a very delightful campground. There's a load of outdoors recreation available around here such as hiking, whitewater paddling, swimming, fishing, and playing golf, so running out of amusing things to do won’t happen. This campground has so many enjoyable things to offer. On a great day at Summit Lodge Resort you can take a hike along the West Rim Trail, and Lake Logan State Park is worth visiting. Paddling on Hocking River is so much   fun, and Summit Lodge Resort is a place with many visitors from Rockbridge. There is a great hiking trail next to Summit Lodge Resort called the Cedar Grove Trail, and obviously, everyone loves Hocking Hills State Park. Summit Lodge Resort is an old favorite with the people from Rockbridge. The annual rainfall here at Summit Lodge Resort is about average; through May this area sees the most rain; February is the month with the least moisture. Peterson Hollow is a great site to have a look at nearby, and there are other places here than Summit Lodge Resort, for example Blackjack Lake. In Ohio you never run out of outdoors cool things. We must all go for a weekend of camping sometimes; Summit Lodge Resort in Ohio is a delightful choice. Through the summertime months highs here at Summit Lodge Resort get into the 80's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 60's.
