Olive Branch Campground, Ohio   Wow! This is by far the cleanest and most family friendly campground I have ever been to. There was ONE bug in the bathroom. The showers were obviously cleaned more than once a day. There are short trails to hike on site. There is also a camp store that is well stocked and reaswonably priced. One other major attraction is that it is less than a mile from Interstate 71 and only three exits from King's Island. There are tons of other fun activities close by such as canoeing, horseback riding and SHOPPING. Kudos to the owners on running a wonderful campground.      Says George In the event that you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Hall's Creek; nearby you find the Southwoods Trail which is a perfect hiking trail. You without doubt should have a look at Cowan Lake State Park if you're here at Olive Branch Campground, and the skiing at Mad River is tremendous. There's some exciting stuff to spot at Gray Pond Dam close to Olive Branch Campground, and the Lakeview Trail is a delightful hiking trail close by. There are perfect places to discover along the Beechtree Trail; a journey to Stonelick State Park when you're here is never a bad idea. At this campground you will always have a fine time. A round of golf at nearby Holly Hills Golf Club is a pleasant way to kill some time, and Second Creek is a delightful whitewater   spot nearby. For the period of the summer months, highs usually are in the 80's at Olive Branch Campground. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 60's. Highs during the winter are typically in the 30's with temperatures at Olive Branch Campground dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. This campground is so fine. Going for a hike on the Red Fox Trail is always a nice adventure, and playing golf is lots of fun at Bel-Wood Country Club. Olive Branch Campground is not the only location nearby, Gray Pond is a nearby lake, and you can run the rapids of Caesar Creek. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors entertaining things the area close to Olive Branch Campground has to offer. Olive Branch Campground truly is in the middle of a wonderful outdoors paradise. Go for a hike on the Lakeview Trail, and while you're here you will meet lots of folks from nearby Oregonia. A typical amount of precipitation falls here at Olive Branch Campground; May is when you get the most rain here, and January is when it's the driest.
