Long's Retreat and Campground, Ohio Custom Search   LONG'S RETREAT IS A BEAUTIFUL PLACE BOTH SUMMER AND WINTER. HERE ARE A COUPLE WINTER PICTURES OF THE LAKE. Says JIM GILLMAN (see picture) Naturally there are showers at this campground; playing basketball is magnificent exercise at Long's Retreat and Campground. As expected there are restrooms here, and bring your fishing hat since fishing here is great . If you love comfort, there are good cabins here, and this is a glorious place for RV-ing. The       paddle boats here are enjoyable for everyone, and you can play some amusing video games at the arcade. You may golf here, and playing volley ball here is a tremendous way of training. The canoeing is good here if by chance you   want to experience the wilderness close by. This campground is a wonderful location for boating, and there's a store here at Long's Retreat and Campground where you can purchase things you require. You can take a great swim at this campground; this is a great position for tent camping. At the gameroom you could play some amusing games. 40 acres of terrain is offered at Spicy Run Mountain; green and blue trails account for 30% while hard trails make up 70%       of the trails. There are pleasant trails for everyone at Spicy Run Mountain. The close by ski hill Spicy Run Mountain gets 3 feet of great snow per year. Spicy Run Mountain has 4 great ski lifts that serve its 9 trails; the elevation   difference is 600 feet. The close by class I-II(III), 7-mile-from-beginning-to-end Paint Creek Reservoir to Route 41 Bridge section of whitewater on Paint Creek is a heap of fun. This sweep of Paint Creek is not a location for beginners to come whitewater kayaking or rafting solo.
