| | All the fine local attractions in close proximity and so many things to do will make you delighted you came. On a good day at Lake Cha-vel you can take a hike along the Pine Ridge Trail, and Little Beaver Creek has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby. Lake Cha-vel is located in a neighborhood with scores of exciting stuff to do, and if you're trying to find a nice spot to go camping for a couple of days, this is a nice choice.

to Lake Cha-vel is a great thing to do; Lake Cha-Vel Dam is a gorgeous place, beyond doubt worth a visit. Outdoors people generally like this section of Ohio.
Near Lake Cha-vel you discover the Vondergreen Trail which is a perfect hiking trail, and a visit to Jefferson Lake
| State Park when you're here is never a bad idea. Scores of fun is at this campground. At Lake Cha-vel you always meet someone from Wellsville, and paddling on Little Beaver Creek is so much fun. A normal amount of precipitation falls here at Lake Cha-vel; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is January.
There's loads of outdoors recreation available in close proximity such as whitewater paddling, playing golf, and hiking, so in all probability you want to stay a while. It's really unhealthy to be inside | |

High temperatures at Lake Cha-vel during the warm months are in the 80's. All through the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs
in the 30's while Lake Cha-vel nighttime low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 10's. Lake Cha-vel is a very well loved campground by the folks in Wellsville.
Going for a hike on the Gretchens Lock Trail is always a nice adventure, and Round Knob is clearly visible
from Lake Cha-vel. While you're here at Lake Cha-vel you can play some golf at Beaver Creek Meadows Golf Course, and there is a good hiking trail nearby called the Dogwood Trail. This campground is a good location to visit. There are tremendous locations to explore along the Fishermans
Trail, and Cedar Hills Golf Club is a brilliant golf course nearby.
The pleasant reception and all the exciting stuff to do have scores of folks coming here. Lots of folks camp here in order to be near Beaver Creek State Park.
