| | Kokosing Valley is a family camping facility located on the The State Scenic Kokosing River. We are also Canoe Livery that has been renting on our beautiful river since 1968. Offering canoes, kayaks, and inner tubes for rent. Our facility has a clean shower house, heated pool, playground, miniature golf, limited grocery and our famous hand dipped ice cream!!!!
Easy to find too! located on State Route 36 East of Mt Vernon 8 miles. 1/4 mile west of State Route 62. Only 4 miles from The Kokosing Gap Trial.

I have been staying @ Kokosing Campgounds in Millwood for about 16 yrs. now.Originally started with group of about 10-12 guys and canoed the river yearly
| from Mt.Vernon to Millwood.We have always had a great expeience and the grounds are very family oriented. The owner's son now runs the grounds and he maintains the same standards as his father. Truly one of the best camping and canoe(or kayak) experinces in Ohio. Says bill thomas
Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Clear Fork of Mohican; a trip to Malabar Farm State Park when you're here is never a bad idea. Visit Honey Run since you're here at Kokosing Valley Camp and Canoe; there are some nice whitewater spots | |

on Kokosing River. People from Howard love to come to Kokosing Valley Camp and Canoe, and playing golf is lots of fun at Hidden Hills Golf Course & Grille. An average amount of precipitation falls at Kokosing Valley Camp and Canoe; the month of May is the wettest with most of the
rain; the driest month is January.
This is really a fine campground. Going to Mohican State Forest close to Kokosing Valley Camp and Canoe is a splendid thing to do; if you're a golfer then a perfect nearby course is Tomahawk Hollow Golf Course. There's whitewater on Rocky
Fork for all you adrenaline kick people. And if that's not enough, there's a load more to do in the neighborhood of Kokosing Valley Camp and Canoe. Do visit Apple Valley Lake in close proximity to Kokosing Valley Camp and Canoe, it's a lovely lake, and everyone nearby loves skiing
at Clear Fork.
During the summertime months at Kokosing Valley Camp and Canoe temperatures are typically in the 80's with night lows in the 60's. During the wintertime the highs are frequently in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Kokosing Valley Camp and Canoe all through the winter frequently descend into the 10's.
