Going for a hike on the West Harbor Trail is always a brilliant adventure, and get your pulse rate up on the great whitewater of Sandusky River. Loads of people camp here to visit close by North Swimming Beach. Do schedule some time to take a look at Martin Point next to Kamp Kozy if you have a chance; if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because   Woussicket Golf Course is close at hand. This is such a fun location for a campground. High temperatures at Kamp Kozy through the long summer days are in the 80's while nighttime lows are commonly in the 60's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Kamp Kozy. Ok, you've been cooped up too long, and Kamp Kozy in Ohio is a really fine site to spend some time. The Wetlands Trail is a tremendous hiking trail right next door to Kamp Kozy, and close by you stumble on the South Beach Trail which is a delightful hiking trail. An average amount of rainfall falls at Kamp Kozy; during June this area sees the most rain while February is commonly the driest month. The caring folks working here and the well run operations are incentive enough to come here.
