Jackson Lake Park, Ohio Custom Search   Jackson Lake Campground and Park is only 15 miles from Columbus, OH.  We offer year round R.V. camping and seasonal tent camping.  We have a 3 acre fishing lake for catch and release fishing, a game room and facilities that may be rented for special events, during our season.  Seasonal rates available. At Jackson Lake Park all through the summer highs are in the 80's. All through the dark     hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 60's. For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's while Jackson Lake Park nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's. The delightful choice of local attractions, and such a delightful variety of outdoors recreation will absolutely have you coming back again and again. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Westchester Golf Course is close at hand, and you can go for a hike on the Squawroot Nature Trail. Some folks select this campground so they can go to A.W. Marion State Park. Lots of people from Lithopolis come to Jackson Lake Park. Lakes are good; Morse Pond is a lake that's close to Jackson Lake Park. A tour to Buckeye Lake State Park when you're here at Jackson Lake Park is never a bad idea, and nearby you discover   the Sassafras Horse Trail which is a great hiking trail. A round of golf at nearby Homestead Springs Golf Course is a nice way to kill some time; don't leave Jackson Lake Park without first going for a hike along the Hargus Lake Trail.
