High temperatures at Hosmer Lake all through the days of summer are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 30's, and night lows in the 10's for Hosmer Lake. This campground has so much entertaining stuff to offer. Wicked Woods Golf Club is a brilliant golf course close by, and going for a hike on the Beach Trail is always a good adventure.

Outdoors recreation is abundant, some of the fun stuff you can do is fishing, playing golf, swimming, hiking, and whitewater paddling, so it's out of the question to get bored. So much enjoyable stuff to do here at Hosmer Lake, too fine to be true. A round of golf at nearby Pleasant
| Hill Golf Course is a perfect way to kill some time. Nelson Kennedy Ledges State Park is worth taking a look at if you're at Hosmer Lake, and there is a great hiking trail close by called the Erie Trail.
Hosmer Lake gets lots of water; during the month of June you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is February. Several folks camp here to be near Punderson State Park. Punderson State Park is a fine location to go if you're at Hosmer Lake, and drift down the rapids of Big Creek in a kayak.
