Playing golf is lots of fun at Grassy Lane Golf Club, and you don’t have to go far from Flying Finn Family Campground to observe the water at Gould Pond Dam. All through the months of summer at Flying Finn Family Campground highs are mostly in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Flying Finn Family Campground temperatures descend to the 10's. Beaver Creek State Park is worth a visit if you're at Flying Finn Family Campground, and Lake Tomahawk is a nearby lake that you could visit.
