Turkey Creek Campground, Great Smoky Mountains, North Carolina Custom Search   We stayed here in October 06. Four families. Had a wonderful experience. Camp sites are shaded, quiet, large and level. Campsite is very clean and bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. Close to Fontana and Bryson City. Make sure you have beer, etc, the closest liquor is Bryson City (20 minute drive) Says Tracey If you love boating you're in luck, boating is tremendous here. There are great tent sites here where you may set up that       camp site, and of course there are showers at this campground. A number of people choose this campground to be near Nantahala National Forest. This section of North Carolina is always a pleasure to explore through camping season.   There's a good playground at Turkey Creek Campground to keep the young ones joyful. There is a game room for continuing to be entertained, and in the laundromat you can wash your clothing. The pleasant folks working here and the exceptionally perfectly controlled facilities have scores of people coming here. Turkey Creek Campground is one of the places to camp here in the Great Smoky Mountains. So much fun stuff next to Turkey Creek Campground; you always       have a great time when you're here. Turkey Creek Campground is a campground where fires are allowed. If you fancy the outdoors, you won’t be saddened; there's fishing, swimming, playing golf, whitewater paddling, and hiking, so you   won’t run out of things to do. Turkey Creek Campground is enormously well liked by the people of Almond. The tremendous local attractions and the close by outdoors recreation will undeniably have you coming back many times. Bring your fishing hat in view of the fact that fishing here is splendid ; there are RV hookups for your RV here.
