This section of North Carolina is always a delight to stop by during camping season. And that's not all you can do here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Don't leave Triple C Campground without first going for a hike along the Bald Mountain Trail; if you come at the right time of year, Catawba River offers some perfect whitewater.

close by that might be worth taking a look at, and dropping by Lake James State Park is a delightful thing to do. This camp ground is situated in the delightful Blue Ridge Mountains. The high level of precipitation makes Triple C Campground a pretty wet spot; most of the rain falls
| throughout March while December is mostly the driest month.
Pack your camping stuff and hit the road; Triple C Campground is a good local campground if you happen to be in North Carolina. There's so much to do at Triple C Campground including hiking, swimming, whitewater paddling, and fishing, so it's totally impossible to get bored. Just can't get enough of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Sugar Mountain.

so good. You're probably hooked on lakes, Lake Tahoma is one of those close by, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Catawba River - North Fork. There's such a large number of things to do close to Triple C Campground, and it's one
of those sites where everything is good.
Be careful coming to Triple C Campground, you might not ever want to go back home again. A spree to Mount Mitchell State Park when you're here at Triple C Campground is a pleasant idea, and Fork Mountain is wonderful and can be observed
from here. Triple C Campground is a site with many visitors from Little Switzerland, and there are some good whitewater spots on Curtis Creek.
For the duration of the warm months at Triple C Campground temperatures are ordinarily in the 80's. For the period of the dark hours
of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. Through the wintertime the highs are generally in the 40's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Triple C Campground.
