| | Hey, you've been cooped up for too much time, time to go camping; Soco Road Campground in North Carolina is a really fine place to spend some time. And if that's not sufficient, there's lots more to do close to Soco Road Campground. There are some good whitewater spots on Tuckasegee River, and the Lower Whiterock Trail offers hiking at its best. This campground has so much enjoyable stuff to offer. There's fine hiking along the Messer Trail; Homer Burgess Dam is an interesting thing to check out. such as fishing, hiking, swimming, and whitewater paddling, so running out of cool stuff to do won’t happen. So many amusing things in the Great Smoky Mountains, just tremendous. Go for a hike on the Palmer Creek Trail, and if you come at the right time of year, Raven Fork
| offers some perfect whitewater. And that's not everything there is to do here in the Great Smoky Mountains. The Great Smoky Mountains scenery is always pretty. Soco Road Campground is a very popular campground among folks in Whittier. If only every place had this much outdoors amusing things, what a great globe it would be. You're almost certainly into lakes, Homer Burgess Lake is one of those close by; hey, Gotta ski right? Cataloochee is a delightful site to do that. Gap is a tremendous spot to go to near Soco Road Campground, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Tsali Horse Trail. Soco Road Campground is located in a vicinity with lots of enjoyable things to do; you always have a fine time when you're here. Life's too short to
enjoy all the exciting things in the Great Smoky Mountains. Here at Soco Road Campground you'll in all probability meet some folks from Whittier; delightful hiking is available along the Caldwell Fork Trail. So many local attractions and all the outdoors recreation are sure
to keep you coming back persistently. This section of North Carolina has a fine deal of outdoors activities available. Glide down the rapids of Oconaluftee River in a kayak; there's some flowing water close by, Stillwell Branch is a stream you can take a look at while you're here.
A trip to Great Smoky Mountains National Park is worthwhile, and places like Nantahala National Forest are nice to have a look at. This campground is so splendid. You can observe Thomas Peak from Soco Road Campground; Black Rock Mountain State Park is a good spot to stop by.
Throughout the summer months here at Soco Road Campground, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's while night lows are commonly in the 60's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 40's with temperatures at Soco Road Campground dipping down into the 20's
throughout winter nights. A good deal of rainfall falls at Soco Road Campground; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and October is when it's the driest.
