is the outdoors at its most excellent. This campground is always a joy. If you come at the right time of year, Cullasaja River offers some tremendous whitewater; on a wonderful day you can take a hike along the Rufus Morgan Trail. Rose Creek Campground is a relatively wet place
typically with much rain; through March this area sees the most rain, and October is when it's the driest. Just can't get enough of Rose Creek Campground. Do visit Pyle Dam if you're here at Rose Creek Campground, and for you golfers we recommend close by Mill Creek Country
Club. The brilliant folks who operate this location and a great variety of cool things are a tremendous draw for scores of folks. Rose Creek Campground is a perfect camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Great Smoky Mountains. This is such a fun place for a campground.
There is a brilliant hiking trail near Rose Creek Campground called the Hurricane Creek Trail, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park is one of the destinations that are delightful to have a look at nearby. So many amusing things to do at Rose Creek Campground, so little time.
You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Scaly Mountain since you're here; going for a hike on the Stewart Trail is always a good adventure. Many folks choose Rose Creek Campground when going to Nantahala National Forest. Get drenched paddling on Cartoogechaye
