Riverbend RV Park, Blue Ridge Mountains, North Carolina Custom Search   As of 7/11/2010 River Bend is open and took my reservations.  My wife and I stayed here in 2005 and absolutely loved the quiet off the beaten path grounds. You will be sorely disappointed if you do not check out ALL the waterfalls so very very close to here.  We will be staying for a week in August and I will post more then, but we loved this place in 2005! Says Mick Compton There's service and repair at your disposal in case you have mechanical problems. This is a nice setting for RV-ing; for folks who   like to play horseshoes this is a good place. Going camping for a couple of days here in North Carolina is something you must do. The good variety of local attractions and so much to do are certain to keep you coming back repeatedly. Loads of folks stay at Riverbend RV Park to explore close by Francis Marion-Sumter National Forests. Ok, you've been cooped up for too much time, you've gotta get out, and Riverbend RV Park, North Carolina is a tremendous location       for getting out. As if Riverbend RV Park wasn't enough, you can also go playing golf, fishing, swimming, hiking, and whitewater paddling, so in all probability you want to stick around. There are showers here at Riverbend RV Park,   and there is a laundromat for you to employ. It's not possible to run out of exciting stuff to do near Riverbend RV Park; it is one of a lot of tremendous campgrounds in this vicinity. Famous North Carolina generosity and the splendid large number of fun activities have folks coming here.
