This is such a fun location for a campground. On a wonderful day at River Camp Usa you can take a hike along the Virginia Highland Trail, and you can
run the rapids of Big Wilson Creek. While you're here at River Camp Usa you can take a hike along the Crigger Creek Trail, and if you're visiting from Piney Creek, you won't be the only one.
What a site this is for outdoors folks. Places like New River State Park are brilliant
to explore, and the panorama of Lilah Hill is beautiful. This campground is a lovely location to visit.
Summertime brings highs in the 80's to River Camp Usa. All through the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. All through the wintertime highs are mostly in the 40's
while the cold winter nights at River Camp Usa are in the 20's. All the water falling down from the sky makes River Camp Usa a wet location; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is November.
