Riddle Cove is a brilliant place to spend some time at, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Presley's Campground; Asbury Trail is a brilliant local trail. The warmest time of the year at Presley's   Campground comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and the nighttime is a bit cooler of course, frequently in the 60's. Throughout the wintertime highs are frequently in the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 20's for Presley's Campground. Alright, now is a great time to go camping, so what do you say? Presley's Campground is right by the Baxter Creek Trail, and whitewater paddling is tremendous on Scotts Creek. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Presley's Campground. Paddling on Pigeon River is so much fun; a magnificent place like Pisgah National Forest is too good to leave out. The Big Branch Trail offers hiking at its best, and don't leave Presley's Campground without first going for a hike along the Caldwell Fork Trail. A round of golf at nearby Waynesville Country Club Inn & Starter is a tremendous way to kill some time, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Maggie Valley here.
