Any time is a great time at Presley's Campground if you fancy the outdoors. There's good hiking along the Palmer Creek Trail, and in the event that you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cataloochee Creek. Just
    can't get enough of the Great Smoky Mountains. The panorama of Killian Knob from Presley's Campground is gorgeous, and why not head up to Cataloochee and strap some skis to your feet.
Presley's Campground is a quite wet place typically with a good deal of rainfall; throughout
the month of July you get the most rain around here; the driest month is October. There is so much fun stuff near Presley's Campground, and lots of folks love to come here to escape. Some of the things you can do here at Presley's Campground are hiking, playing golf, and whitewater paddling, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen.

Campground comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and the nighttime is a bit cooler of course, frequently in the 60's. Throughout the wintertime highs are frequently in the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 20's for Presley's Campground.

This campground has so much. Presley's Campground is right by the Baxter Creek Trail, and whitewater paddling is tremendous on Scotts Creek.
There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Presley's Campground. Presley's Campground is one of the locations to camp here in the Great Smoky Mountains.
And that's not all you can do here in the Great Smoky Mountains. Paddling on Pigeon River is so much fun; a magnificent place like Pisgah National Forest is too good to leave out. The Big Branch Trail offers hiking at its best, and don't leave Presley's Campground without first going for a hike along the Caldwell Fork Trail. A round of golf at nearby Waynesville Country Club Inn & Starter is a tremendous way to kill some time, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Maggie Valley here.
