  Among the things you can do near Kickstand Lodge are fishing, swimming, whitewater paddling, and hiking, so almost certainly you want to stay for a while. A campground like this is too fine to miss. Good hiking is available along the CHoga Trail; you'll meet a lot of people from Almond here. There are great spots to discover
    along the Tsali Horse Trail; you'll find a pretty lake called Queens Creek Lake.
If you want a brilliant time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Kickstand Lodge. There's brilliant hiking along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail; naturally, everybody loves Nantahala
National Forest. This is a fine campground. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Kickstand Lodge; Russell Field Trail is a great local trail, and whitewater paddling is good on Nantahala River. And that's not everything you can do here in the Great Smoky Mountains. Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a very magnificent spot to visit in the neighborhood of Kickstand Lodge, and nearby you hit upon Cable Gap which is a pleasant site to have a look at.
Just can't get enough of the Great Smoky Mountains. Go for a hike on the Wesser Creek Trail, and
 
you get a wonderful panorama of Meetinghouse Mountain from here. It's completely out of the question to run out of enjoyable stuff to do in the neighborhood of Kickstand Lodge; spending time at this campground is enormously enjoyable. Very picturesque scenery and perfect skiing is what you get at Ober Gatlinburg, and Nantahala River has a great whitewater paddling spot close by.
Kickstand Lodge is one of the places to camp here in the Great Smoky Mountains. The pleasant people working here and all the enjoyable stuff have people coming here.
This part of North Carolina has a magnificent deal of outdoors activities available. All the water falling down from the sky makes Kickstand Lodge a wet place; most of the rain falls throughout July, and October is when it's the driest.
Big Branch is near Kickstand Lodge and is always a diversion to stop at. Summertime highs at Kickstand Lodge ordinarily tend to be in the 80's with night lows in the 60's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Kickstand Lodge.
