| | So many local attractions and all the outdoors recreation will make you glad you came. This is such a scenic campground. A golf course near Humphrey's Ridge Camp is Dawn Acres Golf Club, and there's whitewater on South Mayo River for all you thrill seekers.
This is such a perfect campground. If you're here at Humphrey's Ridge Camp and you like golf, you can take a look at Pine Knolls Golf Course, and going for a hike on the Moores Knob Trail is always a nice adventure.
Humphrey's Ridge Camp is a very popular campground with the folks from Stokesdale.

You have to get out of the house, and Humphrey's Ridge Camp in North Carolina is a brilliant choice. The pleasant reception and the large quantity of enjoyable stuff to do have folks coming from all over.

| Camp is never a bad idea, and you can run the rapids of Mayo River - North Fork. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool stuff close to Humphrey's Ridge Camp. There is a tremendous hiking trail near Humphrey's Ridge Camp called the Cascade Trail, and an afternoon playing golf at Riverview Golf Course is always a diversion. Outdoors recreation is abundant, some of the exciting stuff you can do is swimming, whitewater paddling, hiking, playing golf, and fishing, so it's completely out of the question to get bored.

but if it's for you then we recommend Dan River; not far from Humphrey's Ridge Camp you'll hit upon Lower Merchants Lake which is a delightful lake. The Hanging Rock Trail is a brilliant hiking trail next to Humphrey's Ridge Camp, and people from Stokesdale love to come here. The
high level of rain makes Humphrey's Ridge Camp a reasonably wet site; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.

Camp is a brilliant idea; nearby you find the Cooks Wall Trail which is a splendid hiking trail. Throughout the summer months at Humphrey's Ridge Camp temperatures are typically in the 80's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs
in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Humphrey's Ridge Camp. If you are in North Carolina all through camping season, you have to go camping.
