| day you get a vista of Gouch Peak from Campfire Lodgings, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Campfire Lodgings; Side Hill Trail is a splendid local trail. Take a hike on the Pilot Rock Trail, and you can take a little visit to Beaver Lake Dam while you're here at Campfire Lodgings.

Course, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Laurel Mountain Trail.
Campfire Lodgings is one of the places to camp here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. If you come to this campground, you will have a glorious time for sure. If you haven’t been to Blue Ridge Parkway, you
ought to schedule some time for it while you're here, and hey, Spooks Branch is a perfect local stream. The good local attractions and all the outdoors recreation are great reasons to come.
Wolf Laurel is a brilliant local ski area, and hiking along the Mullinax Trail is brilliant
fun. In North Carolina you never run out of outdoors fun things.
Just can't get enough of the Blue Ridge Mountains. This is a popular location for folks from Asheville, and a spree to Pisgah National Forest invigorates the spirit. Get wet paddling on Walnut Creek; in the neighborhood
of Campfire Lodgings you hit upon a golf course called Reems Creek Golf Club. Campfire Lodgings gets a large amount of water; most of the rain falls throughout July; October is the month with the least moisture.
Several folks stay here to be in close proximity to Blue Ridge
Parkway. During the summertime highs here at Campfire Lodgings get into the 80's while night lows are regularly in the 60's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Campfire Lodgings.
