| rapids of French Broad River in a kayak. Campfire Lodgings is one of the places to camp here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. So many enjoyable things in the Blue Ridge Mountains, just impressive. Going for a hike on the Shut-In Trail is always a good adventure, and the top of Gouch Peak is easily seen from Campfire Lodgings.

in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Swannanoa River, and since you're here you will meet lots of people from nearby Asheville. A campground like this is too fine to miss.
Going for a weekend of camping here in North Carolina is something you should
do. So much enjoyable stuff near Campfire Lodgings; it's one of those locations where everything is good. You could also check out Beaver Lake if you're here at Campfire Lodgings; it's close by, and Mount Mitchell State Park is a fine place to go.
