| | The personnel that runs this campground and the exceptionally admirably managed facilities are cause enough to come here. A campground like this is too good to miss. If you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Raquette River, and a great swamp in the neighborhood of Whispering woods is Big Marsh.
As if Whispering woods wasn't enough, you can also go swimming, fishing, whitewater paddling, and hiking, so it's out of the question to get bored. This is a good campground.

The Adirondack Mountains is excellent! If the weather is splendid here at Whispering woods, you can go for a hike along the Sucker Brook Trail, and do pop by Shaw Brook if you're here at Whispering woods. Whispering woods is a campground liked by the folks from Blue Mountain Lake.
| Throughout the warmest time of the year highs here at Whispering woods reach the 70's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 20's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Whispering woods temperatures descend to the 0's. It's not good for you to spend too much time indoors; you have to get out of the house now and then; Whispering woods in New York is exactly what you need.

natural beauty of this neighborhood. There is so much enjoyable stuff near Whispering woods; it is a fine campground. So many entertaining things to do here at Whispering woods, too good to be true. Mount Pisgah has glorious slopes and a friendly staff; paddling on Round Lake
Outlet is so much fun.
The great local attractions and so many things to do are great causes to come. The fine people of Blue Mountain Lake like to hang out nearby, and while you're here, do take a tour to Kellers Bay. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors amusing things
the Adirondack Mountains has to offer. Triplet Hill is scenic and can be observed from Whispering woods, and whitewater paddling is fine on Rock River.
Whispering woods gets lots of water; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. Outdoors people generally love this part of New York.
