The Hancock to Port Jervis segment on Delaware River is a nearby class I-II whitewater part, 77 miles long. It may   be said that this part of Delaware River is a site for learner raft paddling. Check restrictions prior to departure on the whitewater, or else it's not safe. Upper Delaware Scenic & Recreational River is a great local destination here at West Branch Angler and Sportman; a game of bowling is amusing at nearby Fox Bowling Center.
