The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Trapper's Place. A journey to Trapper's Place wouldn’t be complete   without a spree to close by Selkirk Shores State Park, and there are plenty of folks from Richland here. A tour to Southwick Beach State Park when you're here at Trapper's Place is a great idea, and there are some fine whitewater spots on South Sandy Creek. Trapper's Place gets a lot of water; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain while March is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
