Thompson's Lake State Park, Catskill Mountains, New York   This is not your typical campground where you are on top of all your neighbors. There's plenty of space between camps and the trees provide seclusion. The beach and lake are beautiful, excellent for swimming, fishing and boating. I definitely recommend this campground. Everybody loves Max V. Shaul State Park. Such a perfect pick of attractions and     all the outdoors recreation will without doubt have you coming back persistently. A common amount of rainfall falls here at Thompson's Lake State Park; during the month of June you get the most rain around here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Having a wonderful time in the Catskill Mountains is uncomplicated. There are some delightful whitewater spots on Catskill Creek, and hey, Gotta ski right? Windham Mountain is a great location to do that. Throughout the summertime highs here at Thompson's Lake State Park get into the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's; during the dark hours in the winter at Thompson's Lake State Park temperatures fall to the 10's. Thompson's Lake State Park is exceptionally well loved by   folks in Berne. If only every site had this much outdoors enjoyable things, what a great planet it would be. Lakes are pleasant; White Birch Pond is a lake that's next to Thompson's Lake State Park, and don't forget to take a tremendous little spree to Beaverdam Creek. Thompson's Lake State Park is one of the sites to camp here in the Catskill Mountains. You have to get out; Thompson's Lake State Park in New York is such a glorious place. So many amusing things close to Thompson's Lake State Park; if you're looking for a glorious place to go for a camping trip, this is a glorious pick. Float down the rapids of Fox Creek in a kayak; John Boyd Thacher State Park is a wonderful place. The caring reception and a glorious variety of fun things are in themselves incentive enough to come here. If the weather is lovely, you obtain a splendid panorama of East Hill from Thompson's Lake State Park, and The Gulf is certainly a nice site to take a look at. Coming to this campground is always a nice idea. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Ten Mile Creek, and if you're visiting from Berne, you won't be the only one. Among the things you can do close to Thompson's Lake State Park are swimming, fishing, and whitewater paddling, so you won’t run out of things to do. Camping in New York is such an enjoyable thing to do.
