Riverforest Park Campground and Marina, New York Custom Search   This is by far one of the best campgrounds we have ever stayed at.  While some of the campground could use some updating and improvements, we saw that the owners are actively in the process of making upgrades and improvements to the whole park.  The campground is located on the Seneca River and we enjoyed fishing along the river and wish we had brought our boat.  The bathrooms were clean and modern.  The sites were spacious and the campers were very friendly.        They also had activities for the kids (crafts, and “water wars weekend” when we were there).  There is a restaurant and a bar on the campground.  We had dinner at the restaurant on a huge outdoor deck with great views of the campground   and river.  The food was excellent.  There was a band at the bar on Saturday night that was fantastic and we had a great time.  We are seriously thinking about becoming a seasonal there.  I would highly recommend this campground to anyone. There's a great swimming pool here at Riverforest Park Campground       and Marina, so you can swim a few laps. If by chance you like playing basket ball, this is a tremendous campground for you, and there is a washing machine room for you to benefit from. There's a pleasant restaurant at Riverforest   Park Campground and Marina that prepares succulent meals. You could golf here; you may take your old dog to Riverforest Park Campground and Marina in view of the fact that you are allowed to take pets. This is a good place for boating, and this campground has a playground for the children.
