  Rainbows End is a top choice campground with the folks of Northville. Hiking along the Hamilton Mountain Fire Tower Trail is brilliant fun, and a great place for whitewater paddling is Doig Creek. Among the things you can do close to Rainbows End are whitewater paddling, hiking, swimming, playing golf, and fishing, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen.
This campground is so perfect. Rainbows End is a location with many visitors from Northville, and Sacandaga Golf Club is a brilliant golf course close by. Having a great time in
    the Adirondack Mountains is uncomplicated. Lakes? Sure, Woodward Lake is in the neighborhood; there's whitewater on East Stony Creek for all you adrenaline junkies. It's completely out of the question to run out of exciting things to do close to Rainbows End; it is a magnificent
escape from the city.
But wait, there's more exciting things to do in the Adirondack Mountains. You have to get out, and Rainbows End in New York is such a magnificent site.
The staff of this magnificent campground and the good facilities are in themselves reason enough to come here.
A visit to New York is not complete without some camping. So many local attractions and such a large number of things to do will make you delighted you came. All the water falling down from the sky makes Rainbows End a wet place; November is when you get the most
 
rain here; February on the other hand is the driest.
If you have a thing about the outdoors, you'll have a thing about Rainbows End. You can never get enough of the great skiing at Gore Mountain; you can run the rapids of West Stony Creek. Rainbows End is a delightful camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Adirondack Mountains. Summertime at Rainbows End arrives with high temperatures in the 70's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Rainbows End throughout the wintertime commonly dip into the 0's.
Have a delightful hiking adventure along the Oregon Trail, and if you're here, you could explore West Stony Creek.
