Pine Acres Camp, New York   Lots of folks opt for this campground in order to be near Minnewaska State Park Preserve. Pine Acres Camp is a wet spot that gets a great deal of rain; during May this area sees the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. A campground like this is too delightful to miss. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Sterling Forest, and Peters Kill River is a tremendous whitewater spot close by. At last, it's time for a camping trip once more, and Pine Acres Camp in New York is a really great place to spend some time. In case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Wallkill River, and a wonderful place like Minnewaska State Park Preserve is too   fine to leave out. Pine Acres Camp in fact is in the middle of a wonderful outdoors paradise. If you're a golfer then a pleasant close by course is Scott's Corners Golf Course, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Pine Acres Camp; Vernooy Falls Trail is a delightful local trail. While you're here at Pine Acres Camp you will meet lots of people from nearby Walden, and the Kanape Jeep Trail offers hiking at its best. There's so many things to do at Pine Acres Camp including whitewater paddling, hiking, and playing golf, so probably you want to stay a while. This is a delightful campground. Going to Goose Pond Mountain State Park close to Pine Acres Camp is a great thing to do, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Stillwell Lake Trail. New York is a great place for campers. At Pine Acres Camp amusing stuff to do is abundant, and if you're searching for a great place to go camping for a couple of days, this is a perfect pick. Rochester Creek has a splendid whitewater paddling spot close by, and do take a hike on the Ramapo-Dunderberg Trail.
