Shady Oaks RV Park, Adirondack Mountains, New York Custom Search   Shady Oaks is 1/2 mile to Lake Champlain City Beach and only 2 miles to a boat launce but is not directly on any body of water. Says Louise (see picture) This campground is now called Shady Oaks RV Park. We like staying at this campground and do so everytime we go to the Plattsburgh area. It is a very quite place and the owners a very nice people. This place is well kept and clean. Close to all resorts for sight seeing. We camp there every summer.       Says Ken Rabidue There is a supermarket in the vicinity where you may buy groceries, and do bring the cat here because animals are allowed. Alright, enough of spending all this time inside a building, time's here for camping,   and Shady Oaks RV Park in New York is precisely what you need. This camp ground is one of the fine sites to camp here in the Adirondack Mountains. Shady Oaks RV Park is a very well loved campground by the folks of Plattsburgh. There are tent sites here at Shady Oaks RV Park where you can pitch that tent. There is a game room for keeping yourself entertained. Fires are allowed, and this campground has a good pool where you could take a tremendous bath.       The splendid people who manage this place and the beauty of the place are in themselves cause enough to come here. At Shady Oaks RV Park exciting stuff to do is plentiful, and you always have a splendid time when you're here. A visit   to New York is not complete without some camping. Loads of folks stay here for the purpose of being near Cumberland Bay State Park. There's more to do near Shady Oaks RV Park other than just hanging out such as whitewater paddling, fishing, playing golf, hiking, and swimming, so you won’t run out of things to do.
