order to be in close proximity to Mine Kill State Park. All the water falling down from the sky makes Nickerson Park Campground a wet place; June is when you get the most rain here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. All the happy folks and all the
cool stuff are in themselves cause enough to come here. You believe that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Paddling on Schoharie Creek is so much fun, and Mine Kill State Park is a picturesque location any time of year. The Catskill Mountains scenery is always pretty. This campground is so magnificent. Platter Kill is a delightful local stream, and since you're here why not explore Shew Hollow.
