Going for a hike on the Berrymile Pond Trail is always a delightful adventure, and Smith Brook is one of the streams nearby that might be worth a visit. So much cool stuff to do here in the Adirondack Mountains, too perfect to be true. Don't leave Mohawk Campground without stopping
by Moreau Lake State Park, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Schroon River. The Spectacle Pond Trail is a great hiking trail in close proximity to Mohawk Campground, and next to Mohawk Campground you find a golf course called Sunnyside
Par Golf Course. Go for a hike on the Treadway Mountain Trail, and if you're dropping by from Diamond Point, you won't be the only one. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Mohawk Campground. Don't forget to check out Orcutt Bay if you're here at Mohawk Campground.
