Some of the things you can do here at Korn's Shawangunk are swimming, whitewater paddling, playing golf, hiking, and fishing, so you won’t get bored. This part of New York is always a pleasure to check out during camping season.

and if you're a golfer then a nice close by course is Wallkill Golf Club. Korn's Shawangunk is an old favorite with visitors from Middletown. Holiday Mountain has fine slopes and a friendly staff; since you're here, you could stop at Little Shawangunk Kill.

| whitewater paddling close to Korn's Shawangunk is Neversink River, and playing golf is lots of fun at Orange County Golf Club. Summertime highs at Korn's Shawangunk generally tend to be in the 70's with night lows in the 50's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Korn's Shawangunk.
