| ski area. There's more to do in close proximity to Kittatinny Campgrounds other than just hanging out such as hiking, whitewater paddling, swimming, and fishing, so running out of amusing things to do won’t happen.
A lot of people stay at this campground when going to Lake Superior State Park. Not far from Kittatinny Campgrounds, you'll hit upon Mohican Lake which is a beautiful lake, and Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area is a pleasant spot to go. Take a side visit to Mill Brook, and you can run the rapids of Delaware River. If time allows, Delaware National Scenic River is a national park worth taking a look at, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Kittatinny Campgrounds;

here at Kittatinny Campgrounds. There's whitewater on Mongaup River for all you adrenaline kick people; Kittatinny Campgrounds is right by the Schiff Trail. Raymondskill Creek is a great whitewater spot close to Kittatinny Campgrounds; there's nice hiking along the Peenpack Trail.
There is so much fun stuff to do right next door to Kittatinny Campgrounds, and spending time at this campground is very enjoyable.
Kittatinny Campgrounds is a good spot of common rain; through May this area sees the most rain; February meanwhile is the driest month. A trip
to Lake Superior State Park revives the spirit, and don't leave Kittatinny Campgrounds without first going for a hike along the Lost Cabin Trail.
