A lot of people stay at this campground when going to Lake Superior State Park. Not far from Kittatinny Campgrounds, you'll hit upon Mohican Lake which is a beautiful lake, and Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area is a pleasant spot to go. There is so much fun stuff to do right next door to Kittatinny Campgrounds, and spending time at this campground is very enjoyable. Kittatinny Campgrounds is a good spot of common rain; through May this area sees the most rain; February meanwhile is the driest month. A trip
to Lake Superior State Park revives the spirit, and don't leave Kittatinny Campgrounds without first going for a hike along the Lost Cabin Trail.
