Kaufmann Henry Campgrounds, New York   this campground is real cool. I love going there and im sad to leave. I am 15 and I think it would be ausome to be on the staff there as a teenager like a lot of the staff.! Says kelly High temperatures at Kaufmann Henry Campgrounds during the days of summer are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Kaufmann Henry Campgrounds are in the 10's. This is no place for people who don’t like to have fun. If you're here at Kaufmann Henry Campgrounds     and you like golf, you can explore Manhattan Woods Golf Club, and Gateway National Recreation Area is one of the destinations that are brilliant to check out nearby. Blauvelt State Park is both delightful and picturesque, and it's in close proximity to Kaufmann Henry Campgrounds, and close by you hit upon the Breakneck Ridge Trail which is a magnificent hiking trail. Nauraushaun Brook is one of the streams close by that might be worth going to, and there is a glorious hiking trail nearby called the Sherwood Path. A great deal of rain falls at Kaufmann Henry Campgrounds; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is February. Kaufmann Henry Campgrounds is frequently visited by the folks in Pearl River. Some activities here at Kaufmann Henry Campgrounds are hiking, playing golf, swimming, fishing, and whitewater paddling, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. Some folks camp here during their journey to Blauvelt State Park. If you come to this campground, you will have a glorious time for sure. While you're here at Kaufmann Henry Campgrounds you can play some golf at Bergen Hills Country Club; whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Moodna Creek. Kaufmann Henry Campgrounds is near Tallman Mountain State Park which is a beautiful place; going for a hike on the Conklins Crossing is always a tremendous adventure. Outdoors people generally go for this part of New York. This campground has so much. There are some great whitewater spots on Ramapo River, and the Woodtown Trail is a nice hiking trail nearby. That right there is a load already, but it keeps on going; Kaufmann Henry Campgrounds has it all. River Vale Country Club is a pleasant golf course nearby, and on a great day you can take a hike along the Suffern-Bear Mountain Trail. Kaufmann Henry Campgrounds is located in a region with a lot of cool things to do; when you're here you're always having a wonderful time. Ok, you've been cooped up too long, you need to get out; Kaufmann Henry Campgrounds in New York is the outdoors at its greatest.
