Homestead Park Campground is a pretty wet place ordinarily with a great deal of precipitation; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. A trip to Allegheny National Forest rejuvenates
the soul; there's glorious hiking along the Dewdrop Trail. Loads of fun is at this campground. Blueberry Hill Golf Club is a golf course close to Homestead Park Campground, and don't leave Homestead Park Campground without first going for a hike along the Pennsylvania Trail.
Some activities here at Homestead Park Campground are playing golf, whitewater paddling, fishing, hiking, and swimming, so it's completely out of the question to get bored. Chapman State Park is a splendid spot to check out; get wet paddling on Cattaraugus Creek.
