pick. There's whitewater on Konkapot Brook for all you thrill seekers; you're sure to stumble upon some wonderful people from Austerlitz here. A visit to Fox Hill Camping Area wouldn’t be complete without a visit to close by Mt. Washington State Forest, and the trees of
Beebe Hill State Forest are a magnificent source of shade on hot summer days. This campground is so great. The Wild Cat Trail offers hiking at its best; you can run the rapids of Kinderhook Creek. Going camping for a couple of days here in New York is something you have to do.
Fox Hill Camping Area is a very well loved campground by campers from Austerlitz. At Fox Hill Camping Area during the long summer days highs are in the 80's. Summer night lows fall down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Fox Hill Camping Area. There's nice hiking along the Taconic Skyline Trail.
