From a rain point of view Elmtree Estates is a quite common location; June is the month that gets the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. There are great locations to look at along the Party Trail; you can run the rapids of Cincinnati Creek. Go for a hike on the Forty Mountain Trail, and when you're here it's always fun to go to Glimmerglass State Park.

you coming back time and again. Ninemile Creek is a magnificent whitewater spot in close proximity to Elmtree Estates, and delightful skiing awaits you at Woods Valley. Outdoors recreation is abundant, some of the enjoyable stuff you can do is hiking, playing golf, and whitewater
paddling, so running out of entertaining things to do won’t happen.
