Elmtree Estates is a good location of typical rainfall; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily June, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is February. The Forty Mountain Trail is a good hiking trail near Elmtree Estates; on a gorgeous day you obtain a splendid vista of Dutch Hill from Elmtree Estates. Elmtree Estates is a campground that is fantastically loved by people from Frankfort. Glimmerglass State Park   is both great and wonderful, and it's right next door to Elmtree Estates; a day on the slopes of Woods Valley is just what you need. Sterling Creek is a nice local stream; at Elmtree Estates you always meet someone from Frankfort. Among the things you can do right next door to Elmtree Estates are playing golf, hiking, and whitewater paddling, so almost certainly you want to stay a bit. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Elmtree Estates. Glide down the rapids of Ninemile Creek in a kayak, and on a brilliant day you can take a hike along the Party Trail. This is such a striking campground. Near Elmtree Estates you find a golf course called Doty's Golf Course; paddling on Cincinnati Creek is so much fun. A golf course near Elmtree Estates is Maple Crest Golf Course & Range, and nearby you come across the California Trail which is a glorious hiking trail. Be careful coming to Elmtree Estates, you might not ever wanna return back home again. The positive environment and all the fun stuff to do attract folks from far and near. This section of New York is always a bliss to stop by during camping season.
