is so good. Whitewater paddling is magnificent on South Sandy Creek, and a day on the slopes of Dry Hill is just what you need. Grindstone Creek is a fine local stream, and Selkirk Shores State Park is a great place to go to. Chedmardo Campsite is a campground reasonably frequently
visited by the folks of Mexico. Golf can be played at Brennan Golf Course, and Salmon River is a pleasant whitewater spot nearby. There's loads of outdoors recreation available close by such as whitewater paddling, and playing golf, so it's out of the question to get bored.
At Chedmardo Campsite during the summer highs are in the 70's. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 60's. Highs during the winter are commonly in the 30's; after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Chedmardo Campsite fall into the 10's.
