Broken Wheel Campground gets a common amount of yearly precipitation; the month with most of the rain is August, and February meanwhile is the driest month.
Satterlee Hollow is a fine place to pop by nearby; don't leave Broken Wheel Campground without first going for a hike along the Turner Trail. This is such a fun place for a campground. Cherry Plain State Park is a tremendous spot to stretch your legs a bit, and there's great hiking along the Brickhouse Mountain Trail.
