Blue water Beach Campground, New York Custom Search   We love Blue Water Beach. It is predominantly a RV park but, has a couple of cool and secluded campsites. The property sits on the shores of Lake Erie. Many sites have a view of the lake and some sites are lakefront. We graduated from a backpacking tent to a RV (our hard-sided tent, haha)and this was a good place for us. The sites are larger than most parks, and the RVs are NOT lined up in a row, like toothpics. Much of it is wooded and hilly. It's got a great creek running through it and the beach is really nice and private. A good portion of the residents     keep their sites year to year. My husband and I love having a little place down by the lake, and we have made some good friends too. Says T Roehl You'll meet a lot of people from Westfield here, and Lake Erie State Park is a pleasant place. This is in fact a great campground. A day on the slopes of Peek N Peak is just what you need; Bournes Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth checking out. Chautauqua Creek has a magnificent whitewater paddling spot nearby, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Vineyard Country Club is in close proximity. Just can't get enough of Blue water Beach Campground. A tour to Evangola State Park invigorates the spirit, and paddling on Twentymile Creek is so much fun. Lakes? Sure, Kent Reservoir is in the neighborhood, and a round of golf at nearby   Pinehurst Golf Course is a glorious way to kill some time. At Blue water Beach Campground through the warm days of summer highs are in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 60's. Through the winter highs are regularly in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Blue water Beach Campground plunge into the 10's. Blue water Beach Campground ordinarily gets lots of precipitation; most of the rain falls during September, and the driest month of the year is February.
