Adirondack Mountains is uncomplicated. Hickory Ski Center is a great local ski area, and Patterson Brook is one of the streams nearby that might be worth a visit. The tremendous variety of local attractions and all the outdoors recreation are great incentives to come. Get yourself
into a kayak and hit Schroon River; there are great places to explore along the Spectacle Pond Trail. This is such a fun location for a campground. This is a great vicinity for people who like lakes. Daggett Pond is a lake close at hand, and don't leave Bakersfield East Campground
without first going for a hike along the Pharoah Mountain Trail. There's loads of outdoors recreation available nearby such as whitewater paddling, swimming, hiking, playing golf, and fishing, so probably you want to stick around for a while. Yeah, come here to Bakersfield
East Campground for a tremendous time. There are some glorious whitewater spots on Glen Creek, and dropping by Moreau Lake State Park is a fine thing to do.
