  Ok, it's time you went on a camping trip, don't you agree? American Family Campground, New York is a splendid location for getting out. Such a pleasant choice of attractions and so much stuff to do will undeniably have you coming back persistently. This campground is so great. There are some brilliant whitewater spots on Neversink River, and since you're here you will meet lots of people from nearby Cuddebackville.
New York has so many things to offer nature lovers. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Delaware
    River, and Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area is a magnificent site to stop by on a delightful day.
Don't leave American Family Campground without first going for a hike along the Peenpack Trail. The obliging operators of the campground and the exceptionally capably
operated facilities makes the spree here worthwhile.
What a site this is for outdoors people. Good hiking is available along the Lost Cabin Trail, and Delaware National Scenic River is a wonderful national park. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to American Family Campground. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's with temperatures at American Family Campground dipping down into the 10's through winter nights. Take a side visit to Bush Kill, and the views
 
at Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area will blow your mind.
Some activities here at American Family Campground are hiking, and whitewater paddling, so running out of fun stuff to do won’t happen. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Holiday Mountain, and a trip to Lake Superior State Park when you're here is never a bad idea.
American Family Campground is loved by people of Cuddebackville.
Much rain falls at American Family Campground; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and February is when it's the driest.
