alps is the most awesome place to camp.they offer everything and anything there. we saw what they did at the 4th of july and the kids loved it. I advice any parents that have have kids to take them there........they WON'T be disapointed Says ed hidley

here. Skiing at Jiminy Peak is one of those things you just ought to do; while you're here and you like golf, you can have a look at Burden Lake Country Club.
Such a nice selection of attractions and so much to do are fine motives to come. Alright, you've been cooped up too

close to Alps Family Campground; one of the principal traits of the surroundings of Alps Family Campground is Pikes Hill.
This campground is a scenic spot to explore. You're sure to stumble upon some cheerful folks from Sand Lake here, and the Taconic Skyline Trail offers hiking
at its best. Places like Cherry Plain State Park are good to take a look at, and you can have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Turner Trail.
It's completely out of the question to run out of cool things to do close to Alps Family Campground; if you're trying to locate
a fine spot to go for a weekend of camping, this is a perfect pick. As long as you have a thing about the outdoors you will have a thing about New York.
Alps Family Campground is a very well prized campground by the folks of Sand Lake. Get your heart beating on the great whitewater
of Poesten Kill River, and do take a hike on the Southeast Hollow Trail. For the duration of the warmest time of the year, highs regularly are in the 80's at Alps Family Campground, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's; overnight lows in the 10's for Alps Family Campground.
