Alger Island is a great locality for tent camping; what could be more enjoyable than a ride on a motor boat. This camp ground is positioned in the picturesque Adirondack Mountains. With such a great deal of things to do in New York you'll never get bored. On a sunny day at Alger Island it's a good idea to have a good picnic at the picnic area. Bring your fishing hat given that fishing here is fine , and if you love boating you are in luck,
    boating is tremendous here.
The pleasant staff and the huge amount of exciting stuff to do attract folks from far and wide.
It's always cool to go for a canoe ride at Alger Island, and cool off with a good swim.
If spending
 too much time inside got you down, Don't be troubled; Alger Island in New York is a really glorious spot to spend some time. Hiking here is great exercise, and fun for everybody; rowboat rides are fun for everyone.

Through the months of summer at Alger Island temperatures are ordinarily in the 70's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's; after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Alger Island fall into the 0's. A common amount of rain falls here at Alger Island. August is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is February.
