Adirondack Gateway Campground, New York Custom Search   Our campground is situated on 166 acres with 3 miles of trails. There are 3 ponds amongst the trails, 1 with goldfish and 2 catch and release withwide mouthed bass. There are a golf driving range, volley ball net, horseshoes, rec hall, swimming pool, book exchange, wifi hot spot, and hayrides. Our hayrides guide you through the neighboring farm. We drive through the sugarbush. Maple syrup from the farm is for sale in the store. While doing your laundry you can bring you computer and sit in the lounge to catch up on your email, watch a movie, play a game,     read a book or browse through the antiques qnd gifts. You can kick back or stay busy. Firewood and ice available on site. We aim to please. Our prices are reasonable. We are 19 miles Northeast of Utica. We are in the Town of Norway just above Cold Brook about 1/2 mile off of Rt. 8. Turn right 2 streets beyond The Norway sign onto Hall Rd. Follow to the end and make a left. We are the second property on the right, 244 Burt Rd. 13324 Don't leave Adirondack Gateway Campground without first going for a hike along the Twin Lakes Trail, and in case you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Black River. This campground has so unbelievably much. West Canada Creek is a glorious whitewater spot near Adirondack Gateway Campground, and going for a hike on the California Trail is   always a glorious adventure. Adirondack Gateway Campground generally gets a lot of rainfall; September is when you get the most rain here, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Swamps don’t sound that perfect but Tygert Swamp in the vicinity of Adirondack Gateway Campground is reasonably perfect; nice hiking is available along the Stone Dam Trail. So many exciting things right next door to Adirondack Gateway Campground, just striking. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop by nearby Snyders Pond, and don't forget to take a glorious little visit to Mounts Creek. All through the warm days of summer highs here at Adirondack Gateway Campground get into the 70's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and night lows in the 0's for Adirondack Gateway Campground. If you come to this campground, you will have a fine time for sure. Go for a hike on the Forty Mountain Trail; McCauley Mountain is a very popular ski area close by. Pixley Falls State Park is a glorious site. Near Adirondack Gateway Campground you stumble on the Party Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Newport Golf Club Of is in close proximity. During your journey to Adirondack Gateway Campground you'll meet some folks from Newport for sure; Glimmerglass State Park is a great location to check out.
