| | The staff who's always there to help out and the splendor of the place are a wonderful draw for loads of people. The Simpson Memorial Trail offers hiking at its best. There are some tremendous whitewater spots on Rio Grande, and you can have a fine hiking adventure along the Comales Sheep Driveway.
Outdoors folks generally go for this section of New Mexico. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Red River, and Coyote Creek State Park is a magnificent spot.
