Everybody nearby loves skiing at Ski Santa Fe; you can run the rapids of Rio Santa Cruz. Among the things you can do in close proximity to Paliza are whitewater paddling, fishing, hiking, swimming, and playing golf, so there's absolutely no way to get bored. | are glorious spots to pop by and Santa Fe National Historic Trail is no exception. Man, is there a load of enjoyable things to do near Paliza. An afternoon playing golf at Santa Fe Country Club is always a delight, and Hyde Memorial State Park is a glorious spot to stretch your legs a bit. If you haven’t been to Bandelier National Monument, you have to schedule some time for it since you're here, and Rio Grande is a splendid whitewater spot close by. The great variety of local attractions and all the outdoors recreation are splendid causes to come. | |

While going to this region in New Mexico it's a brilliant idea to go camping for a couple of days too. Many folks stay at Paliza in order to be close to Santa Fe National Historic Trail. For the duration of the warm months, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Paliza. Once the
sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. All through the winter the highs are typically in the 30's with temperatures at Paliza dipping down into the 10's throughout winter nights. It is very dehydrated here at Paliza mostly; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain;
February on the other hand is the driest. Good hiking is available along the Saint Johns Trail. This campground is a pretty spot to have a look at. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Paliza; Atalaya Trail is a nice local trail, and the Thompson Peak Trail offers hiking at its best. Paliza is a popular spot with the folks in Santa Fe.
