| | Gallup Koa is an old favorite with people from Mentmore. If you are in New Mexico during camping season, you must go camping. This is beyond doubt a good campground. El Malpais National Monument is a glorious location next to Gallup Koa. Even though there's not that many amusing things to do near Gallup Koa, loads of folks love to come here to get away.
At Gallup Koa you don’t see much rainfall; August is when you get the most rain here; May is the month with the least moisture.

are cause enough to come here.
Lakes? Sure, Samson Lake is in the vicinity; if you're looking for a good spree, El Morro National Monument is pretty near. Lots of people from Mentmore come to Gallup Koa, and from Gallup Koa you get a glorious view of Twin Knoll Buttes. Throughout
| the summer months at Gallup Koa temperatures are mostly in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the wintertime are in the 40's, and after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at Gallup Koa dip into the 10's.
